Insor vs Kraya AI

Kraya AI is a WhatsApp lead-qualification and follow-up tool sold across real estate, edtech, fitness, travel, B2B and healthcare alike. Insor is built for one industry: private clinics. It answers the phone as well as WhatsApp, has no setup fee and no monthly minimum, and at Rs. 40 a visit costs less than Kraya's own published plans for most clinics.

1A different job, not a smaller version of the same one

Kraya AI is a sales-follow-up tool. It qualifies an inbound lead, chases it through a WhatsApp sequence and hands a warm one to a rep, and it sells the same playbook to real estate agents, edtech companies, gyms, travel agencies and B2B sales teams, with healthcare as one vertical among them.

Insor does not chase a lead through a sales pipeline. It answers a clinic's calls, replies on WhatsApp, books and reschedules appointments, and follows up after a visit so a patient comes back. A patient is not a lead to be qualified and handed off; the whole design is built around a visit, not a deal.

2Kraya's AI calling is one tier away. Insor's is the whole point

Kraya's own pricing page reserves AI calling for its Growth Lab plan, the most expensive of the three, at a ₹49,999 setup fee. Its cheaper plans work over WhatsApp only.

A missed phone call is the single most common way a clinic loses a patient, more than an unanswered WhatsApp message. Insor answers the phone on every plan, because that is the problem it exists to solve, not an upsell.

3What it actually costs

At the rates Kraya publishes on its own pricing page, its cheapest plan is ₹9,999 to set up plus ₹2,999 a month, exclusive of GST, before a single conversation has happened. An additional seat is another ₹1,299 a month.

Insor has no setup fee and no monthly minimum. At Rs. 40 a visit, a clinic doing fewer than about 75 visits a month pays less than Kraya's monthly fee alone, before even counting Kraya's setup cost. A clinic that outgrows the per-visit rate moves to a fixed monthly plan sized to its own volume, so scale does not work against it either.

4What three years of Kraya actually costs

Run the numbers on Kraya's own published rates for Growth Lab, its only plan that answers calls: ₹49,999 to set up, plus ₹2,999 a month. By the end of year one that is ₹85,987. Keep paying and year two brings the total to ₹1,21,975, and year three to ₹1,57,963 — the setup fee paid once, the ₹2,999 monthly fee paid thirty-six times over.

Even Kraya's cheapest tier, Lead Recovery, which works over WhatsApp only and never answers a call, adds up to ₹45,987 in year one and ₹1,17,963 over three years.

Insor charges none of that. There is no setup fee at any point, and the only cost is Rs. 40 a visit. A clinic would need to run more than roughly 110 visits a month, every month for three straight years, before an Insor bill caught up to what Kraya's Growth Lab plan costs over that same three years — and most private clinics run well under that.

5Built to sound like care, not a sales pitch

Kraya describes what it does in the language of sales: a lead is qualified, moved through a pipeline and converted. That is the right language for a sales team chasing a deal, and it is why Kraya sells the same playbook to real estate agents and travel agencies as it does to clinics.

A patient is not a lead. Insor's calls and WhatsApp messages are trained and written around patient care and follow-up, not a qualification script, because the way a clinic talks to someone who was just treated is not the way a business talks to someone deciding whether to buy. A message that sounds like the clinic checking in gets answered in a way a sales sequence does not.

Questions doctors ask

Is Insor cheaper than Kraya AI?
For most clinics, yes. Kraya's own pricing page lists a ₹9,999–₹49,999 one-time setup fee plus a ₹2,999 monthly minimum, whatever your volume. Insor has no setup fee and no monthly minimum: at Rs. 40 a visit, a clinic doing under roughly 75 visits a month already pays less than Kraya's monthly fee alone.
Does Kraya AI answer phone calls?
Only on its most expensive plan, Growth Lab, which carries a ₹49,999 setup fee. Its other plans work over WhatsApp only. Insor answers calls on every plan, since a missed call is the more common way a clinic loses a patient.
Is Kraya AI built for clinics specifically?
No. Kraya sells the same lead-qualification and follow-up playbook to real estate, edtech, fitness, travel and B2B sales teams, with healthcare as one industry among several. Insor is built only for private clinics, from how it answers a call to the templates it sends after a visit.
What if my clinic has fewer than 75 visits a month?
That is where the difference is largest. Kraya's monthly fee is fixed whether you use it or not. Insor is billed per visit with no minimum, so a smaller clinic pays for what it actually has, not for a plan sized to someone busier.
How much would three years of Kraya actually cost?
At Kraya's own published rates, its calling-capable Growth Lab plan costs ₹85,987 in year one, ₹1,21,975 by year two, and ₹1,57,963 by year three — a ₹49,999 setup fee paid once plus ₹2,999 a month paid thirty-six times. Insor charges no setup fee at any point, so a clinic would need well over 100 visits a month for three straight years before its Insor bill caught up to that.
