Your data is for your eyes only
The patient database is securely stored with us, but we do not have access to or the ability to view your patient data. Doctors have access to their own patients, data from different doctors and clinics is never mixed, and none of it is sold or shared with any third party. It is held in India and used for one purpose: running your calls, enquiries, appointments and follow-ups.

Your data remains yours. Doctors have access to their own patient data, and we ensure that data from different doctors and clinics is completely separated, so there is no mixing of patient databases.
We do not sell or share your patient data with any third party.
The only reason the data exists is to look after your patients
The only purpose of having the data is to help the clinic provide better care to its patients. The AI uses the required information to handle calls, WhatsApp enquiries, appointments and patient follow-ups, while the doctor remains in control of their patient data and communications.
We never send promotions to your walk-in patients.
How it is protected
We take data security and privacy extremely seriously. We use 256-bit encryption and follow stringent data protection and security guidelines to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data.
We follow secure organizational practices with stringent access controls, secure processes with strong administrative controls and monitoring, and secure systems with strong technical measures, including frequent vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
Everything, including calls and recordings, stays on servers in India. Nothing is sent abroad to be processed. The one exception is WhatsApp itself, which runs on Meta's platform because that is the only way WhatsApp works.
Your data has multiple encrypted, versioned backups, and we can restore it from a specific point in time if we ever need to.
It runs on your number, not instead of it
Insor answers on the clinic's existing phone line and writes into the system the clinic already uses. Your patient database is not migrated to us and does not become ours.
If you stop using Insor, the bookings are already in your diary, because that is where they were made. There is no export to request before your records are usable.
