01 Before the visit

A patient calls in

Nobody at the desk was free. Insor takes the call, answers what they ask and puts the appointment in the book.

  • Books the appointment
  • Answers general queries
  • Says which doctor is in
  • Sends a WhatsApp message when the call ends
  • Calls to remind the day before the appointment
0:00 / 2:08

02 After the visit

Insor calls the patient

The treatment is done. Insor checks how they are doing, asks for a review and books the next visit before it is forgotten.

  • Checks in after the OPD
  • Takes feedback for the doctor
  • Asks for a Google review
  • Books the next visit
0:00 / 2:21

Phone numbers, names and locations are beeped out. Nothing else is edited.

What patients say.

  • On calling in

When my wait to speak with a staff member on the phone is too long, I would prefer to use an AI to resolve my appointment questions. I don’t care who handles the booking data, I want the convenience of an immediate slot.
  • On being followed up

For a routine post-op check-in list or a fasting reminder, I don’t care if it’s an automated voice. In fact, I prefer it because I would rather answer the questions on my own terms.
  • On quick questions

If I just need to double-check a clinic’s holiday hours or leave a review about my visit, I don’t care about talking to a real receptionist. I would want the quickest option available.
