Terms of Service

These terms govern a clinic's use of Insor, provided by Insor Private Limited ("Insor", "we", "us"). Insor answers calls and WhatsApp messages, books and reminds patients, and follows up after visits, on the clinic's instructions. The clinic pays per patient visit or on a fixed monthly plan, remains responsible for its patients and their consent, and can stop using the per-visit plan at any time.

Agreement to these terms

By signing up for Insor, or by using it after your clinic has signed up, the clinic agrees to these terms on behalf of everyone at the clinic who uses it. If you do not agree, do not use Insor.

These terms are between the clinic and Insor Private Limited (CIN: U62013MH2026PTC465597), registered office A-1701, Orchid Suburbia, Off MG Road, New Link Rd., Kandivali West, Mumbai - 400067, Maharashtra. A patient who calls or messages a clinic using Insor is not a party to this agreement; the clinic's own relationship with its patients governs that.

What Insor does

Insor answers a clinic's calls and WhatsApp enquiries, books, confirms and reschedules appointments, sends reminders, and follows up with patients after a visit, using the clinic's own phone number and existing systems.

Insor does not replace the clinic's own practice software or diagnose, treat or advise a patient on anything medical. It handles the conversation and the paperwork around a visit, not the visit itself.

Fees and payment

The per-patient plan is billed at Rs. 40 a visit, charged as it happens, with no long-term contract: a clinic can stop at any time and pay only for what it used.

A busier clinic can move to a fixed monthly plan, sized to its patient volume and workflow, agreed separately in writing.

Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are added where the law requires. Late payment may lead to the service being paused until the account is settled.

The clinic's responsibilities

The clinic is responsible for the accuracy of the information it gives Insor, for having a lawful basis and, where required, consent to have Insor contact its patients, and for how it instructs Insor to communicate on its behalf.

The clinic remains the data fiduciary for its patients under India's data protection law. Insor acts on the clinic's instructions as its data processor, as set out in the Privacy Policy.

The clinic will not use Insor to send anything unlawful, deceptive or unrelated to a patient's own care, such as unsolicited marketing to people who are not its patients.

Data and privacy

How data is collected, used, stored and protected is set out in full in the Privacy Policy and the data security page, both linked below. Those pages are part of these terms.

Third-party services

WhatsApp messages are sent and received through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, because that is the only way a business can use WhatsApp. Meta's own terms and policies apply to that part of the service, and Insor is not responsible for WhatsApp's availability or Meta's handling of a message once it leaves our systems.

Intellectual property

The Insor software, and everything about how it works, belongs to Insor Private Limited. A clinic's subscription gives it the right to use the service; it does not transfer ownership of any of it.

The clinic's own patient data, and the records Insor generates while serving that clinic, remain the clinic's. Insor does not acquire ownership of a clinic's data by processing it.

Service availability

Insor is provided as a live service and, like any hosted product, can have downtime, whether planned or not. We work to keep this rare and to restore service quickly, but we do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Insor is provided as it stands, without a warranty that it will meet every requirement of every clinic. We are not liable for a missed call, a missed booking or a delayed follow-up caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as an outage at a telecom carrier, WhatsApp or another provider we depend on.

To the extent the law allows, our liability to a clinic for a claim arising from this agreement is limited to the fees that clinic paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Suspension and termination

A clinic on the per-visit plan can stop using Insor at any time; there is no long-term contract to exit. A clinic on a fixed monthly plan is bound by whatever notice period is agreed in that plan.

We may suspend or end access for a clinic that does not pay, or that uses Insor unlawfully or in a way that puts patients, other clinics or our systems at risk, giving notice where we reasonably can.

On termination, a clinic's bookings remain in its own diary, because that is where Insor made them. Either side can ask for the data Insor holds to be deleted, as set out in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we will update this page rather than issue a separate notice, and will tell a clinic directly if the change materially affects its own plan.
