01Nine months of appointments
Antenatal care is a long run of visits, tests and scans, each timed to the stage of the pregnancy. Most are booked one at a time, at the end of the previous visit, by a front desk that is also handling everyone else.
Insor keeps track of what is due next and reaches out in time, so a scan is never missed because nobody called.
02After the birth, the visits that get forgotten
Postnatal checks fall in the busiest weeks of a new mother's life. They are easy to postpone and easy to lose.
Insor calls with care, at a sensible time of day, and books the check without asking more of her than a yes.
03What Insor does for a gynaecology clinic
It answers calls the desk cannot take, books and reschedules, reminds the day before, follows up after procedures, and keeps routine gynaecological reviews on their own recall clock.
Every message is approved by the clinic before it goes out, and anything sensitive is handled the way the clinic decides.
Questions doctors ask.
Is this appropriate for something as personal as pregnancy care?+
The clinic decides exactly what is said, in which language, and when. Insor says it is the clinic's assistant in the first line, never gives clinical advice, and sends anything the patient raises straight to the doctor.
Can it remind patients about scans as well as consultations?+
Yes. Scans, tests and consultations can each be booked and reminded on their own timing, inside the clinic's scheduling rules.
