Follow-up for ENT clinics

ENT care is full of second visits: the review after a procedure, the hearing test that follows an ear infection, the check that a course of treatment actually worked. Patients feel better and stop coming. Insor calls when the next visit is due and books it, on the clinic's own number.

01Better is not the same as finished

A blocked ear clears, a sinus settles, a sore throat goes. The patient decides they are done, often before the doctor has confirmed it. The review that would have caught a recurrence never gets booked.

Insor checks in after the visit, asks how they are, and books the review the doctor asked for.

02After a procedure, the day after matters

After a tonsillectomy, a septoplasty or an ear procedure, the first days are when questions come up. A clinic that calls first hears about a problem early instead of at the next visit.

Anything clinical the patient mentions is passed to the doctor within a minute. Insor does not reassure and does not advise.

03What Insor does for an ENT clinic

It answers calls when the desk is busy or closed, books and reschedules, reminds the day before, and follows up after procedures and courses of treatment.

It layers on top of the clinic's existing system. Nothing has to move.

Questions doctors ask.

Can it book hearing tests separately from consultations?+

Yes. It books inside the clinic's own rules, so an audiometry slot, a consultation and a procedure review can each have their own length and their own place in the day.

What happens if a parent calls about a child after surgery?+

Insor listens, takes down what they say, and flags it to the clinic within a minute. It never tells the parent what to do clinically. The doctor calls back.

Want to know your own number?

We will work it out from your own records, and tell you what it is worth before you pay anything.
