How much does Insor cost?+
Starter is ₹2,999 a month (₹2,399 a month billed yearly) with 300 call minutes, for clinics seeing around 100 patients a month. Growth is ₹5,999 a month (₹4,799 a month billed yearly) with 800 minutes, for around 300 patients. Enterprise is priced to the clinic's patient volume.
What happens if I go over my plan?+
Nothing stops. Extra call minutes are ₹7 each on Starter and ₹5 on Growth, and extra WhatsApp messages ₹1 each, added to that month's bill.
Am I billed per patient?+
No. You are billed on call minutes and WhatsApp messages. The patient numbers only show which plan usually fits a clinic of your size, so any clinic can start on any plan.
How many calls can Insor take at once?+
Two at the same time on Starter, five on Growth, and up to 100 on Enterprise.
Is Insor EHR included?+
Yes. Insor EHR is free with Starter and Growth, and ₹5,999 a year on its own. Insor Scribe, for consult notes, comes with EHR: ₹14,999 a year with 375 consult hours on Starter, and ₹17,999 a year with 600 hours on Growth. Extra hours are ₹40 an hour on Starter and ₹30 on Growth. Enterprise pricing for both is custom.
Is there a setup fee?+
No. There is no setup fee and no per-doctor fee. Insor goes live on your own number in 24 to 48 hours.
